Unity Missionary Baptist Church

Thank you for visiting us today! Your being here is special to us. Because we enjoy meeting new friends and developing new relationships in Christ, whether it be a one time visit or an on-going relationship, we open our hearts to you.

This site is intended to assist you in learning more about us...helping you meet new friends...finding where to meet your needs...and discovering opportunities for worship, fellowship, training, and ministry with us.

We believe that our services will both minister to you and assist you in ministering to the Lord. Our worship is based on a biblical pattern and we strive to maintain an "openness" to the Lord. Our purpose is to minister in a way that will be pleasing to the Lord.

We exalt one Savior, Jesus Christ...we proclaim one message...His Gospel...and we purpose to demonstrate His love to our world.

Church Theme:  "Motivated to Serve"
"...But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."     ~ Joshua 24:15

As a child of GOD, we are to strive to become as much like CHRIST as we can possibly be. Remember that Christ came as a Servant, not as a Great King, and serving others is an important way of becoming more like JESUS!

After all, our Savior Jesus Christ said: For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many (Mark 10:45)

Therefore we should also: But be very careful to keep the commandment and the law that Moses the servant of the Lord gave you: to love the Lord your God, to hold fast to him and to serve him with all your heart and all your soul. (Joshua 22:5)

Now, we may do that by sharing our love with each other, and by serving our Heavenly Father as well. Some serve God by teaching Sunday School, others by helping people who are in need! After all, there are many ways to serve our Heavenly Father.

Therefore, why not volunteer to help others when the need arises; since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Amen.  (Colossians 3:24)

As for me and my household, we will serve the Lord (Joshua 24:15)
